Jupiter to Key West. End to End.
Four counties, roughly 245 road miles, one supplier. Broward and Miami-Dade same or next day; Palm Beach next day; the Keys on a scheduled run.
Our yard is in Fort Lauderdale and we run the corridor from Jupiter at the north end down the whole length of US-1 to Key West. That is four counties — Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Monroe — and around 245 road miles end to end.
Distance changes what we can promise, so here is the honest version rather than a marketing one.
| Area | From the yard | Realistic lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Central Broward | 0–15 mi | Same day on an early call |
| Outer Broward, north Miami-Dade, south Palm Beach | 15–40 mi | Same or next day |
| Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Medley | ~30 mi | Next day — early windows work best |
| West Palm Beach, Homestead | 45–55 mi | Next day, scheduled |
| Jupiter | ~62 mi | Scheduled run |
| Key Largo to Key West | 90–190 mi | Several days; a week for larger jobs |
We also deliver into Martin, St. Lucie and Collier counties by arrangement. If you are outside the corridor, call and ask — the answer is often yes.
Broward County
Broward is where we are based and where we run the most trucks. The yard is in Fort Lauderdale, most of the county sits inside a 25-mile radius of it, and the practical consequence is that Broward deliveries are the quickest to schedule and the cheapest to haul anywhere in our service area.
Call before 11 AM on a material the pits have staged — #57 rock, limerock base, crushed concrete, fill dirt — and same-day is realistic across most of the county. Next-day is the normal expectation on everything else.
Miami-Dade County
Miami-Dade is our largest market by volume after Broward, and the most competitive by some distance. It is also where the aggregate industry in South Florida physically lives — the pits, the recyclers and the trucking yards are concentrated in and around Medley, which sits at the centre of the county.
Most Miami-Dade deliveries are next-day. Same-day is achievable on staged materials with an early call, but the traffic and the distance make it less reliable than Broward.
Palm Beach County
Palm Beach County runs from the Broward line at Boca Raton up to Jupiter, which is the northern end of our service corridor. Southern Palm Beach is close enough to behave like an extension of Broward; the northern cities are a genuine haul and get scheduled accordingly.
The market skews residential and affluent, which shapes the material mix heavily toward hardscape, landscape and pool work rather than industrial base.
the Florida Keys
The Florida Keys have no aggregate production. There are no quarries, no pits and no rock. Every ton of base, fill, sand and stone used anywhere between Key Largo and Key West is brought down from the mainland, and that single fact shapes everything about building here.
We haul the full length of it — Key Largo at roughly ninety miles from our yard through to Key West at about a hundred and ninety. Our site used to say Monroe County was served "by request." That was underselling it. The Keys are a corridor we run.
How ordering works
There is no account to open and no portal to log into. You tell us the material, the tonnage, the site address and when you need it on the ground, and we come back with a locked, all-in delivered price — usually within the hour during business hours.
That price includes the haul. We quote delivered, not ex-pit, so the number we give you is the number on the invoice. If you are comparing quotes, check whether the other one has trucking in it.
What we need from you
- Material and gradation. If you are working from a plan set, send us the page — it saves a conversation.
- Quantity in tons, or the dimensions. If you have length, width and depth we will work the tonnage out. The tonnage calculator does it too.
- Site address and access notes. Overhead wires, gate widths, soft ground, HOA windows, where exactly the pile goes.
- When you need it. Same-day, a date, or a window against a construction programme.
Payment
First-time customers are COD or prepay for the first few loads. Once there is a clean payment history we move qualified customers onto standard credit terms with a signed credit application. We take ACH, check and major cards, and terms are confirmed at quote rather than negotiated at delivery.
On jobs where we are delivering material to real property we can preserve lien rights under Florida statute by filing a Notice to Owner within 45 days of first delivery. It protects everyone in the payment chain, and it means we get paid, which means you keep getting material on time.
Why contractors use us
We are a sourcing and trucking operation rather than a pit. That is the whole model, and it is worth understanding because it changes what we are good at.
We do not own a quarry, so we are not trying to sell you what our quarry happens to have. We buy from whichever pit, yard or recycler is closest to your job and has the material you actually specified, and we haul it to you. On a market this spread out — four counties and two hundred and forty road miles — that flexibility is usually worth more than owning a hole in the ground.
The practical version of that: one call, one invoice, one point of contact. If a job needs base rock, bedding sand, fill and drainage stone, that is one quote from us instead of four suppliers to chase, four deliveries to coordinate and four invoices to reconcile.
We are locally owned, based in Fort Lauderdale, and there is no call centre. When you ring, you get somebody who knows what a tri-axle can and cannot get into.
